COVID19 Resources

I would like to encourage people to use this unusual time not to 'hang on', waiting for things to return to 'normal, but to contemplate the kind of world  we wish  to live in after this latest crisis. Let’s not seek refuge in the past but move ahead and forge the new. Avoid media fear and speculation, because fear breeds fear and anxiety. See this as a reset for humanity to decide to show more respect for other people, plants, animals, birds and the Earth. For only then can we live in harmony, rather than in the fear of how nature will harm us next. COVID-19 is not the enemy, it is merely showing us what needs healing on our planet. We are our own enemy as well as being our friend. It is time to see the world as a friend to embrace.
